SHIPPING INFO

Your order will be shipped by Canada Post.

NOTE: Transit time varies by region – please see below for estimated times.

We offer three (3) shipping options all via Canada Post. Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost & Priority.

Expedited Parcel

  • All "Expedited Parcel" shipped orders will ship within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will ship within 24-48 hours from the next business day.
  • All packages are sent via Canada Post and require a signature for delivery.
  • Please allow 2-13 business days from the time your shipment leaves our distribution centre for arrival.
  • Delivery time varies dependent upon your location. Major urban centres can expect the minimum delivery time while northern regions and remote centres can expect the maximum delivery time.

Xpresspost

  • Our free shipping does not apply to Xpresspost shipping.
  • Your order must be received by 11:00 a.m. EST Monday through Thursday.
  • Orders received on Friday will ship the following Monday, excluding holidays.
  • Please allow 2-7 business days from the time your shipment leaves our distribution centre for arrival.
  • Delivery time varies dependent upon your location. Major urban centres can expect the minimum delivery time while northern regions and remote centres can expect the maximum delivery time.

Priority

  • Our free shipping does not apply to Priority shipping.
  • Your order must be received by 11:00 a.m. EST Monday through Thursday.
  • Orders received on Friday will ship the following Monday, excluding holidays.
  • All packages are sent via Canada Post and require a signature for delivery.
  • Your order will arrive the next business day in most major urban centres.
  • In other areas of the country, please allow from 3-7 days from the time your shipment leaves our distribution centre for arrival.
  • Delivery time varies dependent upon your location. Major urban centres can expect the minimum delivery time while northern regions and remote centres can expect the maximum delivery time.

Spend $60 or more? We'll ship your Havaianas for FREE! Spend under $60? We'll ship your Havaianas for a flat fee of $9.00

How can I track my order?

What happens if my items get lost in the mail?

If you have received a shipping confirmation email, but have not received your order within the specified timeframe, please contact CanadaPost here and quote your tracking number. You can find these details within your shipping confirmation email. You can track the progress of your order at any time by clicking the tracking link contained within your shipping confirmation email. If the matter is not resolved through the postal company, please contact the Havaianas Canada Customer Service team here for assistance.
